Samantha Greenberg

Samantha Greenberg is the director of programs for FDD’s National Security Network. In this capacity, Samantha works on a wide array of capacity-building projects, including FDD’s National Security Network (NSN) for mid-career national security leaders. She is responsible for identifying and recruiting outstanding program participants and leads the effort to build robust NSN programming, ranging from exclusive roundtable discussions with key stakeholders to high-level events with senior government officials and foreign diplomats. In her position, Samantha has a leadership role in FDD’s National Security Trips to Israel, which provide weeklong national security seminars in Israel for the next generation of U.S. national security leaders. In addition, Samantha manages the National Security Network alumni community of 500+ national security mid-career experts with whom FDD regularly engages through ongoing professional development and networking events.

Samantha also manages various projects for FDD’s Israel Program. Prior to FDD, Samantha worked as a research associate for the Endowment for Middle East Truth (EMET) and a foreign policy intern for Representative Peter King in the House of Representatives. Samantha was also a liaison officer to Jordan in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). Samantha earned a master’s degree in government, counterterrorism, and homeland security with a certificate in cyber terrorism and security and a bachelor’s degree in government, diplomacy, and strategy, both from Reichman University in Israel.
